Rowan Regional Medical Center Foundation was formed in 1988 as a non-profit corporation for the support of health care facilities and programs in our community. The primary goal of the Foundation is to receive and administer charitable contributions for the benefit of Rowan Regional Medical Center and the people it serves.
The Foundation is governed by a 20-member Board of Directors comprised of area business leaders, physicians and professionals who oversee all fundraising projects and who manage the allocation of funds. The Board meets quarterly. The Board’s Development Committee meets monthly and its Finance Committee meets quarterly.
Annually, there is an audit of the Foundation’s financial records by an independent accounting firm. All gifts to the Foundation are charitable contributions and are fully tax deductible to the extent permitted by current income tax regulations. Private gifts and grants must continue to be major sources of funds for Rowan Regional Medical Center. Meet Our Staff!
