Rowan Regional's Home Health Services include:

· skilled nursing
· home infusion therapy
· certified nursing assistants
· physical therapy
· speech therapy
· medical social work
· patient and caregiver education
· coordination of services
· medical supplies

Our Home Health services are available to patients in Rowan, Cabarrus, Davie, Davidson, Iredell, and Stanly counties. Home health nurses are on call seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Rowan Regional's home health providers maintain continuous communication with physicians and others involved with patient care. We coordinate all the services a patient may need through the Home Health office, which simplifies documentation.
