The popular and prestigious Patrons Ball is the premier black-tie social event
in Salisbury-Rowan County based on total financial proceeds and attending
guests.
Since 1991, Foundation volunteers have selected the Ball's theme and decorations
each year to create the ambiance and excitement for the memorable evening of
gourmet dining, headliner musical entertainment and contemporary dancing in
September at The Country Club of Salisbury.
The Patrons Ball is one of the Foundation's two signature fund-raising and
friend-making events attracting generous support and broad-based participation
from Rowan Regional's traditional constituencies and loyal friends. Donors
making gifts of $500 or more annually are invited to the President's Awards
Dinner in January at the Holiday Inn.
Net proceeds are used in support of a specific healthcare service, program or
facility development at Rowan Regional Medical Center. These proceeds advance
quality healthcare, provided by Rowan Regional Medical Center, for the benefit
of the residents of Rowan County and surrounding areas.
